Hi I'm Natalie. I help with self esteem and confidence issues through hypnotherapy and coaching.
My own experiences inc identity issues, low self esteem and confidence, coping mechanisms, low mood, broken relationships.
Since working on my own self development becoming a hypnotherapist and coach I have learnt to love and accept myself to be able to move towards the life I want.
